  1. Most of the time I always play aggressive and always going for it. But Depending on what type of trouble I will have and not so disastrous if I miss hit the ball... It pays off if you're putting for an eagle in a round, coz you'll forget how bad you did in a previous hole..

    At my age it's often the smart thing to lay-up, however no one is smart all the time and with a match on the line I'll go for it.
  3. Now that I lost some distance normally i’ll lay up and if my short game is working i’ll still catch a few birdies, but it was more fun going for it.

    I have decided that I am much better if I lay up to say gap wedge distance. Playing to go for it gets me in trouble. Too much pressure. Still single digit.

    If you need eagle on the last hole like JB Holmes did last week, just don’t sit there for 5 minuets only to decide to lay it up into the rough. Make a decision and go with it.

    Assuming there isnt too much danger, go for it and have the vokey and cameron bail you out if greenside!
