Two iconic holes here in California. #1 at Riviera which I had the opportunity to play a few years ago, and #17 at PGA West Stadium. Two rounds of golf that I will remember for a LONG time.

Great view. Played that course when we were in Palm Springs at my professional conference a number of years ago. Get's pretty warm in July, but a wonderful day a the course with a local couple. Drove down and played Torrey Pines during that trip, which provided some great views also.

I don't have a picture, but I had the chance to play Mid Ocean Club in Bermuda quite a few years ago, and the view from the 16th tee box was remarkable.

Not a tee box view but the 18th hole at New England Country Club has a gorgeous approach shot to finish the round.

Here are a few of my favorites from a recent trip to western North Carolina.

Pictured is me on the back tee of a par 3 that drops over 200 feet from tee to green as I watch the ball eventually make it's way to the green. I included a second picture from the same hole from one tee box down where you can see the green below. They were taken on different days but it gives perspective. Amazing views!

Also included is a picture of me on the tee box of a short par 4 that runs along a runway with mountains in the distance. Such a unique hole.

Last is a picture from behind yet another elevated tee box. This one plays through a bit of a chute to a reachable par 4. Always fun and occasionally a disaster.

And now back to reality. Great topic!

Everything in the picture of you on the tee box of the par 4 looks amazingly perfect, even the road, lol.

The #1 par 5 at Wolf Creek Golf Club in Mesquite, NV., took me by surprise on my first time there even though I've seen many pictures of it prior. At check in and practice areas the course is not viewable.

  11. Can’t go wrong with the flower hole at SentryWorld in central Wisconsin. The flowers stole over 2,000 golf balls in 2018. A true must play in the best summer golf destination in America.
