  1. I ordered TSi3 driver on October 22nd and I still don’t have it. It keeps getting delayed because of the shaft and head.
  2. Ordered my new T100s iron set after a fitting on Friday, November 20. Told prior to Christmas that any ship date would be mid-February at the earliest.
  3. This same exact thing happened to me. Ordered T100s first of December, and was told they won’t be in until mid-February
  4. Any luck? I ordered mine the 30th.

Ordered T300’s November 3 from Golf Galaxy and nothing yet...was told MAYBE 4 weeks, nothing yet...bummed out because we have had several days here in Saint Louis in December that allowed play
  7. I emailed the golf store I ordered my T300s from and was told the Tensei shafts were delayed, thus my custom clubs wouldn't be shipped until today, Wednesday Dec. 30. My order was placed Oct. 28th. So far, no communication that they have been shipped. I'm sure COVID has had a severe impact...

I too am in the same holding pattern. I ordered T300's Oct. 28th checked on them several times and was recently told maybe Mid-January or February.

    Any update on yours?

My rep placed an order for a set of the T100-S irons the first week of October. The latest word I received was that I shouldn't expect them until early March. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous.
  10. Ordered 10/28, got my T300s yesterday, 01/07. Well worth the wait...

I'm happy to say, my order from Oct. 28th arrived on Friday Jan. 8th. Loving these T300's already, but at the range so far!

  12. Why no word from titleist? they keep telling my rep that the parts for my custom T100-s are not available? hows that even possible? i am thinking about cancelling my order and go to another brand. Its bad services to keep costumers waiting for months for a set of clubs.

Hang in there, they are worth the wait! COVID really messed up the supply chain and not just for golf equipment. Many people can't even purchase an appliance at this time and are looking at 6 month wait list.

  14. I was fit for the T200 irons on December 7th and placed my order that day. I was stoked to get them, but unfortunately they have yet to arrive and I haven't received any update on shipment. I placed an order for the TSI2 driver and 3-wood the same day and got those in less than a week. Was wondering if anyone has faced a similar issue.

I placed my order for the 620 MB(7-P)/CB(3-6) combo set on September 23rd. I got the CB first on November 24th and the MB on December 17th. Sure it took a while to get in and the wait was long, but it was worth it in the end. I’m not exactly sure what the hold up was. Maybe it’s because I ordered Nippon shafts and there was a supply hiccup I’m not sure... but they’re gorgeous irons!

OK... as I’ve posted before, ordered T300 6 iron thru gap wedge, 2* flat 1* weak after fitting at Golf Galaxy November 3. They finally arrived yesterday December 13 (10 weeks) only to find they sent 5 thru PW They kept the 5 iron and said they would have to reorder the gap wedge. They told me they would hopefully expedite the reorder, but we shall see.
  17. Hi Luke

I ordered 3 custom fit Vokey Wedges for my Son on 19th November for his Christmas through American Golf (Clydebank).

We were told the lead time would be 4 to 6 weeks.

It is now 8 weeks do you have an idea when we should expect delivery?

    Thanks Craig

I got fitted at TPI Carlsbad on January 6th and ordered my clubs through Roger Dunn in Santa Ana (SoCal) on January 10th. I received my clubs, custom U510 and custom T200 set, today January 15th.
  19. Order my T200s 1/13. You're giving me hope!
  20. What shafts did order with your T200's?
  21. My Pro ordered my custom set of T200 with Project X Rifle 6.0 shafts on December 2. I received them today, 1/19, and they are awesome. I only had time to hit the 8 iron in the simulator but was getting ball speeds of 114mph and carry distances of around 160yds. Im looking forward to gapping the clubs on Friday.
  22. My Titleist pro placed my order on 1/13:
    Driver - TSi2 11* GD Tour AD-DI 6 Stiff shaft @ -1/2in. Delivered 1/19
Fairway - TSi2 16.5* GD Tour AD-DI Stiff shaft. Standard Length. Delivered 1/26
Irons - T200 5-PW KBS Tour V 90 Stiff shafts. Standard length/lie. Not delivered yet
Wedges - 46.10 SM8 same shafts as irons. Standard length/lie. Not delivered
52.10 SM8 standard wedge shaft. Standard length/lie. Not delivered
58* T Wedgeworks standard wedge shaft. Standard length/lie. Not delivered
Putter - Scotty Cameron Special Select New Port 2 34" with custom lie and loft. Delivered 1/26

Looks like the T200 heads aren't on backorder which is a good thing. Hoping everything comes in before my golf trip on 3/18.

    Update:

My Titleist pro placed my order on 1/13:
    Driver - TSi2 11* GD Tour AD-DI 6 Stiff shaft @ -1/2in. Delivered 1/19
Fairway - TSi2 16.5* GD Tour AD-DI Stiff shaft. Standard Length. Delivered 1/26

58* T Wedgeworks standard wedge shaft. Standard length/lie. Delivered 2/8
Putter - Scotty Cameron Special Select New Port 2 34" with custom lie and loft. Delivered 1/26

My Wedgeworks 58*T was the last piece to arrive (2/8). Total time fore everything to come in was 26 days. Very impressed and satisfied with the team over at Titleist. Even without a pandemic, I would consider this a very quick turnaround. Hope everyone else's order come as fast as mine did!
  24. I know Titleist is a bit backed up with the pandemic and a higher demand for clubs, but wanted to see if anyone has an idea on deliver times.

I ordered a TSi3 3 wood and a TS2 hybrid through a local retailer after being fitted there the first week of January. So it's been about a month so far and no word yet.

Called the retailer last week and they said it doesn't look like there has been any movement yet.

Since Thanksgiving I've switch everything in my bag to Titleist so looking forward to getting the last two clubs, just wondered when I can expect that to happen.

    Thanks

  25. Still nothing from titleist. Ordered custom t100s via pro shop. Ordered nov 20th. Still nothing. Now they have problems with customs and the brexit.. come on. This is ridiculous for a company a good as titleist.
  26. Has anybody actually received a set of t100s irons from an order in late November or December?

I ordered mine in December, and my pro told me that the backordered pieces should have come in on 2/1, and I should have my set by mid February. Still no word or update...

Tony .... ordered mine on Nov 25. We are looking at mid March. This is what I have been told. Hate to be the bearer of slow order delivery news.
  28. It's honestly just laughable at this point. They'll probably announce a new model of irons two weeks after I get mine delivered.

I ordered a set of T100-S the second week of November and I'm still waiting. My dealer rep said the latest estimate from Titleist on a shipping date is early March but I'm not holding my breath. I'm sorry, but this is absurd.

There must be one component that is causing the delay. Can the rep tell you which one? Head? Shaft? Unfortunately there are still lingering impacts of the pandemic. Fulfilling back-orders impacts new orders. The double whammy is manufacturing was delayed and/or reduced but the interest in new equipment hit record levels as golf was one of the approved physical activities.

My experience with delays is Titleist will under-promise and hope to over-deliver. If Titleist gave the rep a build date, then it should happen.
  31. The pro that ordered it for me was told that it was the T100S heads that were on backorder. He never mentioned anything about my specific shaft (Project X LZ 6.5). Those heads were expected to arrive on 2/1, and then they were going to immediately start building from the backlog.

I was told mid February arrival as well. To make matters worse, they do not provide a shipping notification, so my heart skips a beat every time that I see the Fedex truck drive past my house!

  33. Ordered a T100s set 4-GW (1 degree flat, cut down 1/4") on December 5. Originally told 2 weeks, then was told they wouldn't ship until the first week of Feb. We are now in the 2nd week and still crickets....
  34. After buying several used sets from “second sw*ng” and having unsettling results, the last being the heads turning on the shaft, I decided to order a mixed set from Titelist:
T100s 4-7 iron, std loft, std lie, true temper AMT black onyx s300 +1/2” golf pride mcc align grips
620 mb 7 iron 1 degree strong loft, std lie, same shafts and grips
620 mb 8,9,p same specs as above.
    I ordered Thursday jan 28th
Somehow a tiny wormhole opened, a Titelist box sitting on my porch on feb. 3rd. The box had all the t100s clubs, no MB’s yet. I have noticed, golf pride has a grip shortage, and only seem to have mcc align grips in stock...
Kinda wonder, is Titelist waiting on grips?
  35. My 3wood and hybrid were delivered today after ordering the first week of January. There is hope for you all! Now I just need the forecast to change so it doesn’t rain for the next week and I can go hit these beauties!

A T100-S update....... my Titleist rep spoke today about my order for a set of T100-S irons. The order was placed in November. Today the heads came in and they should start building my set next week.
  37. My rep just updated me and said they don't expect the T100s heads in until at least the week of March 8th and then they can start triaging backorders. All due to another "unexpected delay." 1) This is getting crazy 2) Why was David S (above) informed the heads came in on Feb 13?

First it was 2 weeks...then it was early Feb.....then mid-Feb...now March 8... I suspect I should get my mind set around mid to late summer.
  38. It sure sounds like their story changes daily on what is and what is not backordered. This is so so frustrating.

Plus, I'm pretty sure that my pro will hate me after asking him to check back on these over and over again. It would be much easier if I could just hound Titleist customer service myself.

With the pandemic, I know we all are tired of hearing that, and the fact that all the components come from overseas, all manufacturers are at the mercy of the delivery of the components to build the clubs. Am biding my time to get fitted for a new driver for that reason. Am playing rather well in the cold/damp winter with my 917D2, so no real real rush for me. Seems that Titleist clubs are in high demand this season. COVID 19 has the "world" at somewhat of a standstill. I would love to get out and do the normal things I am accustomed to, but I can't because of my age and this awful time we are living in. Spring will be here soon, so will those new clubs and you guys can experience making a lot of birdies. I know it is tough, hang in there Titleist is working hard for you. They cannot put together something they do not have in stock. With respect to my fellow TT members and to Titleist as a loyal long time customer/supporter.
