Glad to see Titleist debut their 915D drivers at this weeks PGA Tour event. The driver looks classic Titleist with a splash of new technology. I do prefer the old alignment aid on the crown though but that's just me.
My only question is whether the new Surefit Adapter is compatable with the 910/913 Driver Shafts. Anyone at Team Titleist know?

Got to see the bottom of the 915 and it looks great, but from what Jamie says, it doesn't have the alignment mark on thee crown. Without that alignment mark I will probably stay with my 910. I depend on that mark a lot for align. and especially when I practice with one of those stickers that show where the ball is hitting the club face, so I can adj. from there. Titleist, please bring back the alignment mark on the crown.

Do you think 915 hybrids will come out at the same time the driver does? Or do the hybrids and woods lag behind the driver release date?

I believe that the Fairways and Hybrids do not come out until the spring of 2015.......seems that has been tradition.... :-)

Has anyone heard a pre order date on the new 915 drivers....

Good site and information........thanks.... :-)

with recent photos of the new 915 drivers it appears the sole weights are different in shape, does this mean the 913 weights will no longer be of use in the 915 models ?

Hi,
I just want to know if the new 915D drivers will use the same SureFit hosel, so I can use my shafts from my 910D and 913D?
They look very similar from the pictures that I have seen, but until they come out and we can see them more closely we will not know for sure.....that would be a nice benefit........let's hope for the best........I am considering going to a lighter weight shaft when I purchase the 915D2 and would like to have the option to interchange the shafts with my 910D3......maybe Bubba will have an answer on this soon........ ?:-)

Will the 913 shafts fit the new 915 head? Looking forward to the release but not having to purchase more $300 shafts.

Gene, I totally agree with you. Switching my Fw and Hy from 910s to 913s cost me a bomb because of the different adaptors Actually, I hope the 913 and 915 FW and Hy adaptors are the same too.

Hey,
i am surprised no one has commented on the new 915's being at the Quicken Loans this past weekend! I can't wait to see that driver in person. Anyone else excited?

I have been using titleist equipment and balls for 61 years . I have gotten two holes in one in my life both with titleist golf balls and 54 years apart (August 1958 and August 2012). I currently am using a 2013 D2 driver and am very interested in your new product the 915 slot driver. When will it be available for sale?

I'm looking forward to trying them out in November. I skipped the 913 release, but I really like the look of the 915. May have to add a couple to my bag.

I just saw pictures of the new 915 driver, and was wondering why they aren't following the other companies and moving the weight down and forward. Just hit the new Big Bertha Alpha and it cut my spin rate in half, and I am getting 20 yards more distance than with my 910.
I believe that Titleist tends to be very conservative when it comes to using technology. The interest seems to lie in improving on current models using proven technology rather than introducing a totally different (and unproven) concept. Personally I appreciate that because there is a balance between the familiarity of a club I am using and the added tech to improve on my numbers.
That said, I wonder why Titleist has not been able to lower the spin rates of its drivers comparable to its competitors. The ARC in the 915D helps to increase ball speed. Will it also help with the spin?

I just recently saw pictures of the 915 Driver that was just released on tour, and felt that I should give some feedback before it hits markets. I LOVE the compression channel or whatever you guys are calling it, as I currently own a swoosh driver with the same technology and can clearly see the results. As for the line up line on the top I sincerely think you should seriously reconsider changing the classic titleist crown marking/line up arrow with the arrow facing the ball with a line for proper aiming. Hopefully the new crown marking is just for the models for the tour pros and the classic Titleist marking stays. As the saying goes, if it isn't broken, don't fix it.

Anyone have any info on the tour seeding of the 915 fairways and hybrids. I was wondering when this will take place and I'm ready for a first look! Thanks as always!!

Was Tim Clark hitting the new 915 this weekend at the John Deere Classic? I followed him for a few holes and noticed a different Titleist headcover and the sound of his driver seemed a little different then the 913 but Golfwrx.com WITB shows it was a 913.

titleist really knows how make some great technology. lately i've been seeing more and more tour pros out there with the 915, so it must really be something different. I can't wait until it comes out!
Now is the time to buy the 913 though, since the prices just went down.

My good friend who watches these things says YES - 2015 is a new driver year. I want one!!

Has anyone heard the sound of a drive off the new 915 driver (would be at a tour event I would guess)? I like the sound of the 910 but found the 913 a little "sharp". I am hoping that the 915 is a bit more muted. I wonder if the feedback on the sound (whether positive or negative I don't know which) was enough to influence the new driver. Thanks
