    Any recommendations on courses on or near Anna Maria island, FL that I must play. Traveling there for the first time and would love to get in a round or two.

    If you are a member at a private club up north, have your Pro call Bradenton Country Club. One of the best private clubs in Florida, a classic Ross course. If you require a public access course, University Park, Waterlefe Golf and River Club, or Lakewood National (Commander Course) are strong options. All are probably 30 minute drive from AMI.

    Wherever you decide to play you'll need to make some tee times as early as the course will allow and make sure to head to the course early as the roads around here this time of year can be trying at best. The interstate system has construction and accident delays everyday so be prepared. Sunscreen is a must. Enjoy.
