    I purchased custom AP1 irons last week from Golfsmith. They were supposed to ship directly from Titleist earlier this week. Does anyone have any idea on how long it takes to get your custom irons from Titleist? Golfsmith told me they don't know why they haven't shipped yet. Thanks!

    jeff, i think when titleist ships they provide stores like golfsmith tracking numbers so golfsmith can give their customers a time table when they will get their clubs. ask golfsmith if they have the number and check it for the day you will receive it.

    Hello Jeff,  At this time, custom AP1 irons are taking about 2-3 days to build.  When you place an order with a national brand such as Golfsmith, they do have to generate a PO from their corporate center which may take an extra day or two.  Once we receive the order, it is placed within 24 hours and it usually ships within 2-3 days.

    I would like to make a custom order. I am living out of US and have no local rep.

    I will fly to US next week and can collect my order in New-York. Please advise whom I can contact to make custom order for irons, wedges and woods. I want to order a full set of clubs.

    I have also ordered from Golfsmith.  I was told by Titleist before that when the clubs ship Golfsmith is notified.  But for some reason Golfsmith does not forward this information onto you.  I actually just ordered a personalized Titleist Staff bag today and again Golfsmtih says they can not give me info yet a nearby club pro says he receives info on his orders and forwards it on to his customers.  Since Golfsmith seems unwilling to address this issue (I have brought it to there attention 3 times in the past 2 years) I may start ordering my Titleist clubs and such elsewhere.
