Can someone tell me if Golf Club Gate is an authorized Titleist Dealer ? They are selling titleist clubs at really good prices just wondering..

If the pricing is too good to be true, it is a deal too good to be true. All our authorized retailers will be listed under: http://www.titleist.com/locator.aspx We also have some valuable information on fakes at: http://www.titleist.com/customerservice/counterfeit.asp

Experience is the key to this one and the folks at Titleist are correct in telling you that if the price is too good to be true, it is more than likely a knockoff. I know of several others that also advertise "HOT" prices and they are not the genuine product. If you want to go to a reliable on line seller, go to DiscountDansGolf.com. I have shopped there on several instances and found their prices quite good and they are very honest in their dealings.
Hi, All authorized and unauthorized dealers will tell you they are authorized. If you cannot find them on our Golf shop locator, they are not authorized.

I did a little googling, too, and I would say that this is not a web site you'd want to buy clubs from. There are a few forums on the web that reference the site and most every response has said they are a fake distributer. They also have a facebook page (google it to find it - it's not called Golf Club Gate). I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt, because if you read their "about us" page they reference that many of their clubs come from overstocks from pro shops or vendors that have too much inventory - but they are selling so much new equipment that you'd hardly think they are already overstocks from somewhere else. The one thing I learned when considering buying clubs, especially irons, is to ask the seller for the serial number on the clubs so that you can confirm them with the manufacturer. A few years ago I almost got sucked into a too good to be true set of clubs on online-thankfully after learning about getting the serial number, I asked, and never got a response. I LOVE a great sale, but I love good quality more.

Hi Cathi, I wanted to also check if www.budgetgolf.com is also an authorized dealer of Titleist products. Their prices seem on point, but just wanted to confirm before I go ahead and make a purchase. Thanks in advance.John

That website (Golf Club Gate) is a complete dealer in counterfeits. I work at a large retailer and I've had experience with their equipment. Everything is fake from the grip to the headcover.
