You don’t want to be carrying a hybrid bag.

Player 4 seems to be the optimum in terms of balance of low weight, plenty of pockets and storage and quick detachable single vs double straps.

The Hybrid 5 isn't a bad bag to carry and works good on a cart. If you want to carry and ride a cart, that's what I recommend.
Personally I have a Hybrid 14 and Payers 4 Carbon. I use the Hybrid 14 when using my cart and the Players 4 Carbon if I'm going to walk. Both bags are setup with everything I need so I have to do is switch the clubs.

I have the Hybrid 14. I like it alot and got it to be a do everything bag. I have carried it before, but I emptied most of the extra stuff out of it so it wouldn't be as heavy. It's a little heavy if you have your normal stuff in it. If I walk, I will use it with my pushcart on flatter courses. Got one of the new premium carry bags with the mini stand legs for walking hilly courses. It is super light. I like to walk but the guys I play with most never walk so my carry bag just collects dust. If I had to do it over again would have probably got one of the players bags for a do it all bag.
