Well, I'm way past my prime (collecting social security), but I thought I was in pretty good shape. I just returned from a short summer vacation to visit my grandson and I played a little hoops with him.
He ran circles around me. I thought I was in good shape, enough where I can play golf without huffing and puffing. I usually jog/walk couple of miles per day.
I'm just wondering how you older ladies and gentlemen fare? Do yunz still hit the gym, run, jog, lift weights as we try to find the fountain of youth.
Or is Golf your only exercise. Stay Healthy. and always use Titleist in your exercise routine..
