You can order the Titleist divot repair tool from Scotty Cameron.  I think Scotty sells them on his website.  I got mine with the last putter I bought.  Hope this helps.

I only place I have seen to purchase them in on ebay, but i was lucky enough to get some from a friend who is a Titleist Staffer. Good luck with the hunt.
