i have seen a few tour players wearing a black rain/windstop jacket, its black with a white zip on the chest and titleist on the other side of the chest, really want to buy it but cant find it anywhere, does anyone know where to get it?

I'm pretty sure these are Titleist tour issue only.

I think Deno is right. Most of this stuff is Tour and Club Pro only.
Check with your local pro to see if he can score you one.
