I am certainly a regular on the site and follow some social media, mainly Twitter.

I have to say it is enjoyable and great to read all of the stories posted from Team Titleist friends and members continually recognizing individual Team Titleist staff members for all they do, specially the personal notes.

These posts, blurbs, jabs, etc. are exactly what brings a smile to my face each day.

It really goes to show how appreciative and respectful a community such as Team Titleist can grow in such a positive way, and truly make a difference.

It is really the a breathe of fresh air from people who love golf, share opinions, but don't get into all kinds of nasty back and forth conversations that would waste others time. (Must be some monitoring in the background, but hopefully minimal...lol). This is one of a very few forums I take time to read and or engage because there really is so much to learn and gain from all of the feedback.


Most of all WE ALL LOVE THE BRAND WE PLAY AND TRUST! That is the reason I continue to come back, and will continue to do so, let alone all of the friendships made along the way!

Anyway, I know I babbled a bit there, but my point was that I wanted to also join in with all of the others to give another HUGE thank you to the entire TT staff for all they do each and everyday, especially those hand written notes. After seeing all of the recent posts, I think you guys need to give your hands a break....That was an awful lot of writing over the last couple of weeks given all of goodie bags that have been arriving across the Team Titleist members.

All the best to each and everyone of you, and Thank you yet again to the staff (Mike, Rick, Liz, Abby, Cathi, Joe, Dave, Karen and Dan G, and many more) for all that you do.

I get handwritten holiday cards from my insurance agent and car dealer (and my boss). That Titleist takes the time to thank their loyalty members says a lot about the company culture. It still means a lot to get something personalized more than a generic Facebook or Twitter blast to thousands of followers - if I even get that much recognition from other companies I have to deal with. Thank you all at Titleist for that warm gesture. Clearly many of you spend a fair amount of time putting together all the packages - far more than 1 person taking 10 minutes on Facebook. I can buy anyone's golf equipment - but why would I when I know it will be right the first time or there is someone real that will make it right?

Great way to start the season!
