95% profile complete, no boxes empty. What am I missing

    Morning/Afternoon,

    I read somewhere you are best having a 100% complete profile for Team Titleist. I have completed all questions, filled in all boxes and still 95%. Its no biggy, just annoying me more than it probably should :) Anyone any ideas?

    Hi GCopeland,

    Thanks for the post. I just took a quick look at your profile and it certainly should be showing as 100% complete. Please let me know if you're still seeing it as 95% and we'll have our tech team start troubleshooting.

    Thanks V much Mike D, I found the problem. I had added a custom putter to my details and once changed to a backup SC putter it worked fine.

    Hello Mike D. I had just read the post about G Copeland not having his profile at 100%. I thought I had better check my own. To my surprize, it went from 100% down to 85%. I have no idea why. Could you have a look and give me a little help? Many Thanks,

    Hi Steve,

    I took a quick look at your profile and you should be at 100%. I think I know what is happening with your scenario, so I'm going to have our tech team take a look and put in a fix. Thanks for the heads up.

    Hi,
    Mine was also at 95%. It must have been that way for a while as I thought it was complete. I added an extra line to the address fields and it worked.

    It says on the bottom of your profile to add a preferred shop. Try that....

  11. I had this issue as well with my profile saying 95% complete. Found out that the issues was I was previously using "Other" for my Glove choice. Once I changed it to a specific brand my profile was updated to 100% Complete. Hope that helps!

    Mine too... it didn't like my "other" choice for my putter, even though I wrote what it is. I changed to to my SC Select.
