The season for most of these is pretty much over.  Your best bet for New England is late spring to early summer.  I know that the Bethel Inn in Maine runs quite a few that have had very valuable reviews. 

Thanks 19th hole for  responding.  It was definitely meant for late spring or early summer next year.   I do realize the season is almost over although i hope we have a VERY MILD winter :).  one can only hope right?  Sorry for not being clearly on my question.
