i love Titleist clubs because they make you swing correctly.these type of clubs are hard to hit and master because of limited forgiveness!if you are a high handicapper don't just buy offset piece of junk clubs go with Titleist clubs.forget what the pro or your friends say.work with a set of Titleist clubs and in the long run you will have a swing that repeats naturally!it's going to take pratice on the range and maybe a couple of lessons but the rewards will be positive!i'm looking to trade my 762's for the AP'S which i like a whole lot!i feel bad that scott blew the open but he will be back sooner than you think!

I agree.  I love Titleist clubs for this very reason.  When I started golf I had offset/oversized irons.  My parents ended up finding an old set of Titleist Acushnet Irons.  I started playing with them and the feel was amazing!  That summer I learned a lot about golf and how the best swing for me.  5 years ago I stopped playing golf because of life changes and had to sell my Titleist 762's.  When I got back into the game I bought a cheap set that wasn't Titleist, BIG MISTAKE!  my swing was all over the place, no feel, no feedback, just junk.  Now I'm hitting the Titleist 910 woods, Vokey Wedges, and a set of Signature muscle back Irons from 1979 (saving up for Titleist MB's).  In addition I'm now playing the Titleist NXT tour golf ball. My swing is now falling back in place and I'm playing my best golf in years!  especially off the tee!  I love titeist and what they stand for.  Keep up the good work!

Oh and Adam is definitely going to be back!  Can't wait to see him light up the tour!

glad you are using titliest.they are like a teacher to your swing.hitting offset clubs may help you on mis-hits but your goal is to hit the ball solidly on every swing which makes your swing correct close to a low handicapper!offset junk is like cheating the golf swing and swing sequence!adam scott was at fault but stevie was too for not letting him hit iron on the last hole!stevie "no wonder" willams will be out of a job if he keeps this up!

Interesting comment about Titleist clubs. I traded my competitors set one and half years ago and never looked back. Was fitted prior to the purchase for AP2s and knew exactly what specs were needed. What a difference!!. My handicap has gone down and my confidence level has gone up. I did take some lessons and that also helped. I also just purchased a new Vokey 60 deg. wedge as mine was beginning to show some heavy wear.

Titleist is by far the best one on the market.

that's good!titliest clubs may be expensive but the price is worth every cent!i also have a vokey wedge and driver 3-wood and hybird are all titleist too!i'm looking at the scotty cameron putter because the one i own is a never compormise which i bought off e-bay at a cheap price.i like the pro-v1 ball because if hit correctly it takes off like a superball but if the course is full of overgrown grass i only use the solol!using these clubs will make you a better golfer in the purist way!

Never ceases to amaze me how successful big box stores are with OEM equipment off the rack.  You can buy an off the rack men's suit for $125, but getting a custom suit can go past $500 in a hurry.  OEM equipment pricing is closely monitored so an off the rack driver is the same price as a custom assembled driver (...using shafts w/o upcharge of course).

I can go to a pro shop and get fitted for the same money for clubs.  How can it get any better?  Being left-handed, I quickly found that my only choices were hit/miss on the internet or a pro shop.  Even if the OEM made a 5W, I was lucky to find a 3W with a regular flex shaft at the Box.   It finally came down to only Titleist and Ping actually supply all their products for left handers.  Well, Cameron has some holes and I'll never use a 7.5 degree driver, but my 12 degree driver and 7W fairway were otherwise unavailable in the marketplace.  Since the big boxes rarely have much selection of Titleist on the floor, I just assumed it was only for the elites, like going to a tailor to get that custom suit made.

I appreciate that Titleist looks to take care of anyone serious about golf and not try to simply garner a chunk of market share.

Of course, that does mean that there are no late season deals like the $25-200 discounts on other's current models.  Sort of tells you how good some of these products were if they are already deep discounting.

i owned a set of wilson fat shafts before switching to titliest clubs! you can still play titliest even if you're not an elite golfer just work with these clubs and take a couple of lessons.with any golf club you have to know how to use the impact position!

I have AP1 irons (6-PW available), Vokey wedges (SM c-c 50-08 and 54-14, SM4 60-10 all bent 1* strong).  Best irons and wedges ever.

I just went back to a Titleist fairway wood this weekend (got a 910F 19* with Bassara A flex shaft; set the length to 41.5" and Surefit to C3) for minimal cash (traded my Superfast 1.0 5W and 4H).   Gives me a nice ball flight and the difference in distance vs my Superfast 5W is almost nil (despite being 1.75* more lofted).   I carried 975F fairways (16.5 and 20.5) for almost 3 years and 980F (15 and 19) for 9 months (traded them towards some Vokeys).  This 910F will surpass my old Burner 2K7 7 wood as "best fairway wood everrr!!"

Still keeping my driver (Burner HT Draw), Superfast 2.0 6-27 hybrid and Odyssey White Hot 7H putter because they are proven and work well.   The other staples in my golf bag are Louisville persimmons (Even Stripe 10W and HL3 34H) and those are, more or less, "fun clubs" (not only that, they are beasts for distance - I hit the 10W close to 170 and the 34H 155 sometimes; kind of unforgiving, though).

The addition of the 910F gives me a compelling reason to get a 910H 24 and 27H next year.  Standard treatment of -1/2" shaft length and C3 setting should work well.

The 60-10 is now my all-around greenside weapon.   I have something now for deep greenside bunkers with soft sand and the only adjustment for a hard or wet bunker is to play more of cut or dig shot.

Forgot to mention - while it is true that I hit TM and CW a little farther on the fairways, I put the Titleist on target.

Maybe because TM clubs are longer than titleist you do. They come way too long, atleast for driver.

I had to cut my 2K7 Burner to 44.5" and the Superfast by 1" - to keep the swingweight I had to use Winn Lite Dri Tac.

With Titleist 910F, I have the  5 wood at 41.5".    I set it to C3, changed the grip to Winn Excel RF to bring the swingweight back up 2 points.   I actually hit it the same distance as the Superfast 1.0 5-18.

I also am longer with titleist clubs.
