    Anyone know how to get help with the Titleist iPad app?  Every time I post scores and stats from my home club they won't "calculate". It had worked for many other courses I have played and posted scores for. I can't figure out why it doesn't work for my home course.

    Actually I've worked it out.  My account is with the UK store and its only available in the US store. Are you planning to make it available outside the US?

  7. I have just downloaded the title it's app on my iPad.  I have allowed the app to determine my location, but it still does not provide weather information.  I also do not get sound when I play the videos from the video library.  Any help is appreciated.  I have already removed the app and reinstalled, still no success for my issues.

    Hi Randy,

    Thanks for the post. We are currently in the process of finalizing an update that will address the weather issue you are experiencing. Our hope is to have an update ready for download by the end of next week.

    As for the sound issue, I just tested the videos on my iPad with the latest version of the app and was unable to recreate the sound issue. Did you check the mute button on your iPad? Sometimes that gets switched into the mute mode inadvertently which could cause the sound issue. 

    Please let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue and if there are specific videos that do not work for you and we'll continue to troubleshoot on our end. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    I will look for the update on weather.  My sound issue is not related to mute. I have downloaded ap on my iPhone with no issues.  I have a friend who downloaded app on his iPad and told me he has same issue.  So,any help  will be appreciated.

    Thanks for the update and details. Quick question, does the sound work when you have headphones plugged in? Also, is the sound working with other apps? Thanks again for the input.

    Yes, the sound works with headphones in.  And yes, my sound has been working with my other apps (no problems there).

    I had my friend do the same thing and he can hear volume with his earphones too. Would there be a setting we need to adjust on my ipad to get the sound to work without earphones?

    I don't know exactly what happened.  But I was watching many of the videos last night with my earphones; this morning when I turned on the app to watch a couple more, the volume is now working.  I have no clue what had happened for it now to work.  I am still going to check out the thread you suggested.  Thanks for your time and your information.

    Hi,

    I'm having trouble with the Titleist app for iPhone. When I want to enter my score and chose Indonesia as the country to search for the course, the app just went back to the iOS main screen. But if I choose US as the country to search for the courses, it has no problem.

    Please help!
