I think all of the hats are larger.  i got a L/XL that is much bigger than last year's.

It's funny you should mention this.  I have six hats in all different colors of this very hat (black, white, navy, royal, khaki, red), and when I purchased them, I spent at least 30 minutes going through all the S/M there because there was such a disparity in size.  The first ones I bought were loose, so I returned them, and that's when I began to realize what a difference there was.  After multiple visits to multiple stores, I now have all my hats fitting snugly and properly.

To be fair, however, I've also run into this problem with TM fitted hats in the past, so I doubt this issue is limited to Titleist hats alone.

So you just went to a bunch of stores until you found one that fit?

Yes, that's exactly what I did.  I'm sure that if someone were following me that day, my actions would have looked rather strange.

But in the end, I did come away with six different colors in the fitted hat S/M.  When I think of all the driving I did that day, I spent much more in gas than I did on the hats, which aren't cheap to begin with.  I was so annoyed that I couldn't get them all in the same place that I was on a mission, LOL!
