Thanks for the post and sorry to hear of the situation. Hopefully everything will make a quick turn for the better.
As you can imagine, we receive many requests for merchandise throughout the course of a year and it would no be possible for us to honor all requests. Because we do not want to discriminate by honoring some and not others, it is company policy to refrain from providing complimentary merchandise. I hope you understand our position in this matter.
