I recently purchased a set of new 712 CB Irons and Vokey Wedges through my college coach. (I was custom fit by my swing coach who is PGA Professional and D1 college coach.) The clubs are beautiful! All of the grips were randomly mis-aligned and we had to re-grip my brand new irons. We did not have time to return the clubs and I haven't complained to the rep. After the $120 regrip, I'm thrilled with my new clubs and the shots I can make with them. To whom at Titleist should I direct this feedback about the poor assembly? I'm definitely a "Titleist guy," but I think the Tour Shop probably wants to investigate this type of issue.
