Adjusting loft question.

To make a long story short, I took about a 7 year break from golf (I was in medical school, just graduated), and have recently gotten back into it.  I'm looking for a new 3 wood as a treat to myself.  I've demoed both the 910F in 13.5 and 15 degrees at a local course and range, with the following results:

The 15 degree launches too high, robbing me of distance (going about 235 +/-) and the 13.5 seems to launch a bit too low (unless I really smash it).  My question is, which would give better performance, getting a 13.5 and tweaking the loft up to 14.25 or getting a 15 and tweaking loft down to 14.25?  I understand loft is the same in both cases, but given the nature of adjusting a club would one perform better?  Thoughts?

    Thanks!

In my opinion you really need to find the right shaft first.  The shaft makes a bigger difference in launch angles than does the loft of the heads you're trying out.  Once you got the right shaft for your swing, then look at the heads and determine which one is right for you.  Most players will ok with a 15 deg. 3 wood and you can make adjustments from there.
