Hi Titleist,

In May 2011, I purchased a 2011 cart bag. I love the bag, its looks and all the storage area.Great bag!

Here's the issue that I'm having with my bag.

The bag is wearing through the material where the cart meets the bag. I normally drive and it's only happening on the side closer to the driver's side. Nothing on the side closer to the passenger side. Looking at the current condition of the wear, it will eventually make a hole in the bag. :-(

This is the first cart bag I've had this issue with. It's as if the material in that area is very thin and not hearty enough to withstand the slightest bit of movement of the bag. I do secure the the bag very well in the cart.

Is the 2011 bag still under warranty? If so, how do I proceed to warranty the bag? Will it happen again or has this flaw been addressed? Can I take it to a local Golfsmith for warranty (which is more convenient to me), even though it wasn't purchased there?
