Hey community,

I wanted to ask if anyone has had a putter recently done at the Custom Shop and what the turnaround time was? I asked in an email to Customer Support, but they were pretty vague in their response. This is my first putter (Phantom 5) I have sent in and since it was my 40th Birthday present from my wife it is getting the full treatment.

I have 3 more I'd like to send in as dollar resources allow, but again I was curious what other had experienced time wise and what did you have done? I imagine we are coming into their busy time with fall/winter approaching.
