  1. Hi guys looking to purchase a 5.5, I currently use an Iomic I-classic mid size putter grip. It weighs 72 grams. Which Scotty grip is closest to my current grip? Thanks in advance

The kind folks at Scotty Cameron might be able to help with that:

  3. I agree with Chuck you can call or I believe the Pistolero is very close in weight and size.

    IMHO
  4. Is it taboo to put a Superstroke on a Scotty?
  5. I’m wondering the same thing. I have a Phantom 9.5 and am considering a thicker grip. I have a Two-ball Odyssey putter with a 3.0 Super-Stroke grip and like the way it feels. Will I ruin the value of my putter if I ever want to trade in?

...the exact question I'm struggling with. I have a TFB2, all blacked out and love the setup and weight of it. My other, older scotty, I did put a superstroke flatso on it and feel like I had better head control with it than I do with my pistelero grip, especially on the 4-8 ft knee knockers... That said, like anything in this game, I strongly feel you should go with whatever setup helps you play the best golf. I'd also love to hear others opinions on this topic...great thread!

They also make a paddle grip which is more like the flatso if that's more your style

I'd get the matador midsize grip. Should be pretty darn close size wise. There's a couple different color options.

Scotty does make a Large matador grip. Not sure if it’s as big as some of those super stroke grips.
