    If you contact the Cameron custom shop they should be able to answer your question.

    Looks like you could re-install it assuming you could clean the threads in the head. Probably safest to send to custom shop, but I would think any reputable shop could do it.

    I would just contact the SC Custom Shop as mentioned already....they are pros and will know how to best proceed...no sense in ruining a putter...
