After ditching a work event to play Terrey Hills in May 2024 I was talking to my playing partner about how my two weekly golf pals both of higher handicaps both had aces but I was not there yet. After coming extremely close on the first two par 3’s I arrived at the green both times to discover both were within 3 feet of the cup!

But then arriving at the Par3 15th, a sweet 7iron drawing over the greenside water hazard produced a clicking sound and ball ball disappeared!

Unable to believe it had gone in we recorded the drive from tee to green to fin the ball in the bottom of the cup! A slam dunk hole in one!

Such a surreal feeling and such ecstasy at the same time!

Finished the round with 34 points and a nice scotch on the rocks overlooking the 18th green was a perfect finish
