It was June 17, 2025, Tuesday afternoon around 5PM at whole #4 in Highland Woods golf course, a Forest Preserve Golf course in Illinois when I recorded my first hole in one. I am 74 years old this month, so of course I teed off in the white box. I thought I strike the ball good, and I saw it landed in the green, one bounced and the disappear. Because there is a little mound in front of the green after the sand trap, I could not say for sure if the ball went into the whole. My playing group told me that they think it went in but can't be so sure too because of the location of the green. It was only when we were in the green that we verified the result. There it is inside the cup, a Titleist TRUFILL yellow. I am not a very good player by any means but yesterday is a very good day for me. one birdie, a lot of pars, one double bogey, and of course a hole in one. Never witnessed anybody did it before, I didn't know it was me I will witness a HOLE IN ONE. Life is good this summer for an old man with a back pain and weak knees.
