Been playing golf for 20 years now from junior golf through high-school and college and now into my adult life. After what seemed like too many close calls I was finally able to get one to drop. I hit a high 50* wedge from 129 yards into slightly downhill, downwind green. My ball landed about three feet short of the cup and what looked like one hopped into the flagstick. It was still above the hole so I did not believe it was in until one of my buddies with me grabbed his rangefinder and told me he thought it was in. I ran for the bridge to go to the green, where once I saw that it was indeed against the flag over the cup I proceeded to go nuts. With my buddies watching, I pulled the flagstick back and the ball disappeared into the cup. One of the most surreal experiences in my 28 years of life.
