On the signature 13th hole at Wood Ranch Golf Club, with a peninsula green, I had 169 yards to the pin from the blue tees. I hit a high baby draw that felt like it was in the air for 20 seconds, and as I tracked its flight, I realized it was headed straight for the flag. In the blink of an eye my ball disappeared and soon after heard the loudest crack coming from the green. I was in complete shock, and hostly had the thought that the ball hit the flagstick and bounced into the water. My friends in my group, however, started running around the tee box shouting and screaming and jumping all over me! One of my friends in the group quickly hopped into one of our carts, and raced down to the green, only to eventually jump out which it's still rolling towards a big huge rock... The rest of us literally ran down to the green following him, and came up the the pin where there was not even the slightest mark from my ball, yet there it was sitting at the bottom of the cup. I can confidently say that that was the best shot I have ever hit in my life, and won't be surprised if it will stand to be the best one of my life.
