I have been playing golf since I was 9 and I have been waiting so not very patiently for this day, I am happy to say finally, after 31 years I got my hole in one! I was playing with my husband, brother-in-law and his brother-in-law. It was a course I played a lot growing up but, now rarely play, only maybe once a year. I got up to the 12th tee and told myself let's just hit the green today (this hole the last few years has not been my friend). It was 118 yards, and the green is slightly uphill. I took my 8 iron out of my bag and went to the tee. As the ball was in the air my husband, said wow babe that looks good and then we all got quiet. The ball hit about 3 feet in front of the pin and rolled up and spun around the cup and dropped! I dropped my club and ran straight into my husband's arms. It was such an amazing moment that I will never forget!
