After narrowly missing an ace about 30 minutes earlier at #14, where I had a 6 inch putt for birdie, we came to #17 where I’d carded two aces previously. It was a front pin at about 117 yards with a hurting breeze. I pulled a pitching wedge. It didn’t feel like a solid shot, so I said, “get up”. The ball landed just over the grass bunker, broke slightly right and disappeared into the hole.
