Played Fox Hollow in Denver yesterday 6/6/21. Hole 5 (normally a Par 4, 422) was converted to a short par 3 (98yards). Since this was a temp tee box, the pin was visible but the hole had small mound in front of it. Hit a 56* SM6 wedge, got a favorable bounce and it started rolling. I ran to the side and saw it disappear but wasn't sure if it went behind a ridge or went in. There was a guy standing in view and screamed "it went in!", so I actually did get to see it.

A 1 is a 1, right?? This was in a league I play in, and since the hole was a temporary 3 and the card says 4, they're saying that a stroke is supposed to be added to account for the missing one against the card and that the "rules committee" need to discuss whether this is eligible for the season hole in one pot. Not the way I imagined my first hole in one, but a 1 is a 1. A #3 ProV1x in the cup.
