Playing with old buddies Monti, Milsie, and JB, none of us saw it go in. We were looking for my tee shot when Monti asked if anyone had bothered to look in the cup? Milsie did, asked me if I still put a bow tie on my ball, I said “yes”, and he said it’s in here!!! We all cheered and looked around......and saw nobody on any of the surrounding holes- on a beautiful Sunday morning. I half expected we were on Candid Camera or in a Twilight Zone episode- but we were on 13 and I had just scored my first ace after 50+ years playing golf. Quite a thrill!
