After holing a driver on the Par 4 sixteenth hole at the Hirsel in August 2020 i played in their festival of golf on Sunday. A par, bogey start wasn't great but a hole in one at the Par 3 Third certainly cheered me up. a 3/4 3 wood to the 240 yard uphill Par 3 was bang on line and after looking around the green for a while my playing partner checked the hole and found the ball to be sitting at the bottom of the cup. A good way to win the nearest the pin prize...!
