I got my first hole in one in 2014. We were playing a team match and my hole in one on the 16th hole closed out the match. The green was elevated so I did not see the ball drop in the cup. Great feeling noe the less. With my recent hole in one we were also playing a match. The hole before I really hacked it around so I was upset with myself. When I approached the par 3 I dialed in the yardage and took a lot of time looking at the pin placement. The pin was all the way back with a lot of up hill undulations. I too a little extra club, choked down and took a smooth swing. When I saw the ball hit the middle of the green and start rolling towards the back, feeling relieved I bent down to pick up my tee. Then all three of my buddies started yelling that it went in. What a thrill!! My partner and I ended up closing out the match on the 15th hole. What a thrill.
