Our early morning 18 hole league played on Thursday May 6th, at Greenbrier Country Club, Chesapeake, VA 23320. We started with an 830 am shotgun play. My group began at Hole 16, I measured 122yds, and picked my target, just right of the pin. Without warm-up, using my 8 iron, I took my first swing of the day, and luckily my Titleist Prov1 lands close to my target area. I heard my partner say nice shot and it looks like it's rolling closer to the pin. I looked up and suddenly the ball disappeared. Awesome excitement from the crowd and what a great way to start a round of golf.
