Played the back nine of Widgi Creek in Bend Oregon first, then started the front side. Hole #2, 129 yard par 3. Pin was up front behind a berm - couldn't see the hole. Round wasn't going great, but I hit a pretty good shot using my old trusty Titleist DCI 762 9 iron and a Titleist Pro V1 ball. My friends and I walked to the green - expecting to see my ball close to the pin, but we couldn't see any balls on the green (their shots had gone wide). I looked at them and they looked at me... could it be??? YES!!! The ball was in the cup - my first ever hole in one... thank you Lord, next time can I see it happen? :)
