I previously made my only ace when I was 14 years old at a RTJ course outside Montgomery, AL. I’ve spent the last 20 years as a scratch golfer but have waited patiently for the validation of a 2nd. I was lucky enough this past Saturday to finalize realize that long awaited day. Playing the Winter Park 9 hole course, I originally set out on my own. Thankfully due to a little backup, 3 others joined me midway through. Standing on the 8th hole, pin tucked close to a sideboard toward the hole I hit a little 9 iron from 140 into the wind. It landed about 5 feet right of the hole, my ProV1X spun left off the board and in for the greatest feeling in golf! Was lucky enough to have several other witnesses, as the group in front was waiting for the 9th tee to clear and a cyclist cheered passing by. Bought a round for the 3 guys that joined along and celebrated a much anticipated moment! Thank you Titleist!
