17th hole Segregansett CC Taunton, MA 10/22/14 I’m way late to the game here but I honestly had no idea this existed! Hole was playing 165 from the tips. Wind was howling in the face with a big carry. Played a strong full flex 5 iron. Ball carried 21 paces from spot of divot to hole, breaking 4 paces left to right along the way. Probably the most exciting moment of my life hands down (don’t tell my wife) was watching that ball hit the stick and disappear!! The weather was pretty terrible and when we walked into the clubhouse there was only 10 people seated at the restaurant bar! Bittersweet to say the least! I had a really good friend and a random GolfNow guy as witness so there will never be any questions of legitimacy..
