hit a fair shot at the pin on #5 today, but since the average age in our group is 65 no one was sure it went in; the other three didn't even know it was close. i was chatting with Barb as we neared the hole and when we got close enough to see it was resting on the COVID bumper i pointed it out to the others. there's been a solicitor for the Make a Wish foundation sitting on this hole most days; $20 for a try at winning $10,000 with a hole-in-one. Most days i can't even hit the green when he's there; and of course he wasn't there today!
