After hitting my 7 iron on the 17th hole at The Country Club of Leawood, the ball was tracking to the pin which was in a shadow on the green, so we couldn’t tell whether it was in the hole or not. However, one of the marshals was behind the green and walked over to the pin after we had all hit and pointed to the hole. It was then we knew it had gone in! He wondered why none of us were shouting and hollering . One hole to play and then I bought drinks.
