On August 4, 2020 eleven friends and I played a little skins game at Lakeland Golf Course near Kiser Lake in Ohio. I am retired and have been a lifelong golfer. I had quite a day on the course. I recorded my personal best 9 hole score and my personal best 18 hole score all in the same round. I shot 34 on the front with the help of an ACE on #3 and I shot 38 on the back nine for a 72 total for the round. It was awesome to shoot my career best round but the ACE just made it all the better. I have use Titleist NXT Tour balls for quite awhile now and recently started playing Titleist Tour Soft which I was playing on August 4th. I am normally an 8 - 10 handicapper so this round really felt good. I told the guys that it was just "one of those days" when I couldn't seem to hit a bad shot. Oh, I also won $20 in the skins game!
