  1. I turned 40 this year in April and have been an avid golfer for about 20 years. On August 30, 2020 I was playing in day 5 of a member guest invitational with my Uncle, in Michigan, at West Shore Country Club. The 12th hole was playing about 135, pin was in the back, into a slight breeze with a green that slopes back to front. There was a small crowd of about 5 spectators around the tee box. I was the last in the group to tee up, the rest of the group missed the green but my Uncle’s shot gave me a good read on the club selection as we play to similar distance. I pured my 9 and it never left the flag stick from impact, 1 hop 2 hop down. I saw it go down but I didn’t really believe it. I High fived everyone on the box and jumped in the cart to ride up there to see if it was really in. My heart was racing with a kind of energy you don’t feel very often, if ever. When we got up to the green I saw it was in I was so excited I wasn’t really sure what to do. We took a few pictures and I’ll have this memory with Uncle for the rest of my life. I’m in the club!
