As I walked up to the 5th hole I saw the pin in the back of the tilted green. Knowing I need to carry the water and land it on the front of the green, I clubbed up just to make sure I got it over safely. I teed up first and took a deep breath, drew my club back, and swung. I did not feel as if I hit the ball completely clean and it came off the club face hot and low. The ball clears the water and hit the front of the green and rolls. As it gets closer to the pin I watch as I think the ball falls off the back. The suddenly my coach throws his hands up and starts to yell. I look at my teammate and she runs over and gives me a high-five. I still did not believe it went in. And I stood at the tee box staring past the green looking for my ball. I walk to the green still in disbelief. My coach has the biggest smile on his face and gives me fist bump. The world seemed to slow as I walked to the hole, Howells photographer taking my picture as I bent down to get my ball. After my playing partners congratulated me I walked back over to my coach and told him that "I dont like attention" and he gave me another fist bump and told me "you are going to have to get used to it." #HARTLANDPROUD
