Playing with my Saturday pals at Tuscawilla Country Club, Winter Springs Florida, I had my first Hole in One after 53 years of playing golf. It was hole #6, 151 yards with a Titleist 8 iron. The best part was my son called me on Facebook Messenger as my grandkids wanted to talk to me while they were eating their breakfast. We were talking via FB video when it was my turn to hit. I handed the my phone to my friend Jon McGuire to hold while I hit my tee shot. He flipped the screen around so my Grandkids could watch me hit. Unbelievably the ball took a two bounce hit on the green and rolled into the cup. It was a thrill of a lifetime, to have my son (who I play golf with often) and my grandkids witness my life long dream of a hole in one. Truly a special moment and one I will never forget!
