On October 15, 2020 we were waiting on the tee box of hole #17 at Northstone CC in Huntersville, NC. One of my playing partners mentioned that he remembered my hole in one one this very hole in October of 2016. Around that same time our head pro and one of the Assistant Pros approached our tee box. They were out marking the course for our member/member tournament. I waved them on but they said no...we want to see you hit. Well...the ball never left the flag stick...we couldn't see the ball go in because of a hump in the middle of the green. A group teeing off on hole #9 which is adjacent to green #17 saw it and yelled back. This is now my 3rd hole in one at Northstone CC and all using Pro V1x golf balls.
