Playing in the club annual Ryder Cup format tourney. We were playing alternate shot format and I got driving privileges on the par 3’s. Hole 17 we need to win to close out our opponents. So from about 110 yards, I hit 8 iron over the marsh. Poured it , two hops about a foot roll and ball disappeared! Big celebration! I’ve been playing about 50 years but this was the first! What a feeling!
