On this day it was overcast and windy. Myself and two friends were playing on a Wednesday morning and as usual, M-TH, we started on #10. We came to #15 a par 3. The wind was in our faces, not sure how fast the wind was but it was stout. So I added a club for the wind and tee'd it up. The distance was about 145 yards. The ball started left of the flag and faded over the edge of a sand trap. It landed on the green about 20 feet behind the cup and started tracking towards the pin-uphill. One of my friends said it's going right at the hole. To our surprise it continued until it disappeared. When we walked up to the green and looked in the hole there was my Titleist Tour and I had made my second HIO. Words can not describe the feeling I had when I saw my ball in the hole. This one was even more special than my first one; May 2009, because on a different par 3 on this same course the hole was hidden behind a bunker and I had thought I went in the sand but when I started heading for the bunker for my second shot a friend shouted that I should come and check the hole and that there was a big ball mark just in front of it. To my amazement I had just made a HIO but we didn't see it!! I'm not the best golfer but do enjoy the game and everything about it especially spending time with my friends, both old and new ones I make playing the game of golf. This experience will never get old!!!
