I was playing the first hole at April Sound Country Club in Montgomery Texas today. A 132 yard par 3. I was playing by myself, no groups ahead or behind me. I hit a 9 iron that looked pretty good but I could not see the hole as the green is elevated. As I was driving up to see where it landed, a neighbor driving by in his golf cart with his dog saw the ball go in the hole and stopped to congratulate me before I even knew it was in the whole. He witnessed the hole in one just by pure happenstance. I was playing a Titleist Velocity golf ball. Chuck Baldwin November 16, 2020
