On July 8th 2020 I was playing a round with my typical group at the famed Oak Tree National in Edmond, OK. I was having a decent day striking the ball but the putter wasn’t working that day. Eternity is hole 17 at OTN, during the 2014 US Senior Open it was played as hole 8. The range finder showed 154 to the hole, all carry over water and sand and into the wind. The green demands a high shot to hold, I pulled my 716 Ap2 8i and placed my avx on the line I wanted, I hit it as well as I can and it started right on the hole drawing back, once the ball hit the green it disappeared. The pin was in an area that runs away from you, myself and one of my playing partners thought it rolled off the back as many shots do with a back right pin location. One of the other playing partners spoke up and said I think it went in, he jumped in his cart and took off towards the green, low and behold, it was on the bottom of the cup!
