First ever HIO for me! Was a crisp winter day, we had just made the turn and had a challenging Par 3 for the 11th of our home club Stonebridge Ranch CC (Hills Course). 161 yards to a back middle pin, tough location as it was just left of a ridge and on a considerable back to front and right to left slope. Hit a towering 8i to about 15' past the hole, we all expected it to get closer, and as it was picking up speed back towards the hole, it was tracking on a great line. 'Watch it' 'Watch it' 'Watch it' and then...it dropped!!! Pandemonium on the teebox ensued. After some photos and fun, we continued our round. AMAZING DAY
